Who should confirm that a test signal reached the monitoring center?

ASPEX Secure or the monitoring provider should confirm the intended signal was received for the correct account and zone, following the procedure approved for that site. A customer can review app alerts, but an app notification or sounding siren does not prove monitoring-center receipt. Agree on the confirmation process before generating any intentional alarm signal.
