Can family members and household staff have different access?

Yes. Family members, household staff, cleaners, and contractors can be given separate accounts, permissions, or personal keypad codes when supported by the selected Ajax equipment and configuration. Individual access is preferable to a shared credential because it can provide clearer event history and can be removed without changing access for everyone else. Scheduled access may also be available with compatible access devices and system settings.
